George has been cleaning walleyes and perch for as long as he can remember. His number one goal is to provide exceptional service at a great value. When you watch his team clean fish it's almost effortless and the end product is flawless.
Our process includes the following:
- Clean fish
- Wash fillets
- Bag fish (as many bags as you need)
- Place fish in our fridge until you return for pickup
